Individual Mindfulness and Compassion Sessions

Individual sessions tailored to your particular needs and circumstance. You may wish to have a few sessions to get you started and then feel confident to self manage. Or you may feel supported by more regular sessions; no pressure to re-book.


 

Gentle Health and Wellbeing 

This course is supportive and inclusive, fatigue and pain friendly sessions with breaks: It can be followed at your pace.

Week 2 Creating Compassion

Week 3 Leaning into the good

Week 4 Emotional resourcing

Week 5 Connection & community

Free one to one prior to the sessions to discuss your individual circumstances and any support you may need.

Mindfulness & Poetry for Wellbeing

Enjoyable sessions combining mindfulness and compassion practices with inspiring poetry and prose. Individual or group sessions. Please get in touch if you would like to be notified of the next Poetry group.

Would you like to learn or explore Mindfulness, Compassion and Meditation alongside Poetry or Prose? This is an enjoyable and revealing way to improve wellbeing.

 

Or perhaps you would like to explore meditation to assist your creativity: writing, art, music etc. It can be a helpful and enriching resource and guide to expand your awareness and flow.

Pricing: £38 an hour individual sessions, £9 -£12 a group session. I always wish to make my services affordable and run 'no cost/ low cost' groups, so please speak/email me and I will do my best to help.
